Founder and CEO

David is the founder and CEO of Integra, Inc., which is the developer of the Integra Ledger “Blockchain for Law”. He is also one of the founders of the recently announced Global Legal Blockchain Consortium, which is a legal industry group focused on standards and governance for the use of blockchain technology in the legal industry. The GLBC is composed of major law firms, corporate legal departments, software companies, and universities.

Prior to founding Integra, David was the founder and CEO of Privātim, which was a secure communication and collaboration technology platform for law firms and clients. Earlier in his career, he was the founder and CEO of Millennium Venture Group, which was a national commercial real estate finance and development platform.

David is a former chairman of the board of Youthbiz, a Denver-based non-profit focused on business education for inner city youth. He is a graduate of Rice University and Harvard Business School and resides in Colorado with his wife and two children

Jamey Seely

Jamey joined Integra, Inc., a leading developer of blockchain technology for the legal industry, as its President and General Counsel in April of 2020.  Prior to joining Integra, Jamey held diverse business and legal roles in both public and private companies including successly leading the IPO of Gates Corporation (NYSE: GTES) as its Executive Vice President and General Counsel. As the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Ion Geophysical (NYSE: IO), Jamey managed all financing arrangements, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances, including the bond restructuring of all the company’s debt.  As the Senior Vice President of Alterative Energy Resources (NYSE: NRG), Jamey was responsible for management and legal oversight of multiple new business and startup ventures related to enhanced oil recovery, solar power and nuclear project development. Prior to NRG Energy, Ms. Seely acted as Vice President and General Counsel at Direct Energy, and was a Partner in Corporate and Securities Law with Thompson & Knight LLP, a leading private law firm.

Jamey was recently named as the Winner of the “2019 Outstanding Women in Business Awards” by the Denver Business Journal, a “2019 Trailblazer in Business” by Aspoineer and “One of the 25 Most Powerful Women” by the Denver Chamber of Commerce.  She was named a “Trailblazer in Energy Law” by the National Law Journal in 2017, one of the “Top 50 Women in Energy” by the Texas Diversity Council and one of the “Top Women in Energy for 2016” by Texas Lawyer.  Jamey was also recognized by Diversity Magazine as one of the “Most Powerful & Influential Women in Texas” in 2008. In addition, Jamey has been featured in several publications including Modern Counsel and Profiles magazine.  

Jamey is an avid adventure marathoner, recently having completed adventure marathons across the Great Wall of China and through a wild game preserve in South Africa.  Her race in South Africa was featured in “Conquering the Corporate Jungle” by Profiles Magazine.  She has also cycled in the Pyrenees and Himalaya mountains and enjoys racing cars and painting.  She holds a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude at Baylor University.  She also holds a Professional Certificate in Energy Innovation & Emerging Technologies from Stanford University.  She is licensed to practice in Texas and New York.

David Berger received his AB in Physical Sciences at Harvard where, as a premed, he decided that computers were more interesting than medicine and founded a startup for computer-based medical school test prep.

Currently, he is CTO at Integra Ledger, a Permissioned Blockchain for the Global Legal Industry. At Integra, he oversees all technology development and technical operations. In addition to his operational role, he also functions as the company’s chief architect, exploring new tools and technologies, and developing prototypes for new uses of Blockchain in Law. David is a seasoned technologist with extensive experience in high-end multimedia, enterprise systems, and mobile application development ranging from iOS development to Mobile/Social content delivery. His primary focus has been in distance learning, medical education, and gaming. David has founded a few companies and has worked in companies ranging from small startups to large public companies including SciMedMedia, The Princeton Review, and IGT. In his free time, he helps raise the family pig and practices close-up magic.

Cori Goudchaux has over a 20 years of diverse sales, management and operational experience with a reputation for surpassing the most challenging organizational goals and objectives. Regardless of position or assignment, her personal drive and detail-oriented mind frame have assured success.

Cori has consistently been recognized for her exceptional interpersonal communication and public relations skills allowing the development of strong rapport among individuals on all levels. She is energetic and assertive, has a sound professional attitude and takes pride in personal performance and attention to detail.

Mike Rinow

Mike Rinow has more than two decades of experience in software engineering. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In addition to his experience as a developer and software engineer, Mike has extensive experience with sales, business development, entrepreneurship and strategic planning.

Mike joined the Integra team in January 2019.

 

Pierson Grider

Director of Ecosystem Development

Pierson Grider is Denver based legal professional, technology enthusiast, and blockchain pioneer. He joined Integra in 2017 bringing his legal and technology knowledge with him.  As the Global Host Manager of Global Legal Hackathon, he organized and directed the 40 host cities across 22 countries. Pierson has a wide-range of experience from representing clients in various legal matters to managing the information technology department of a major non-profit. Pierson graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and received his B.A. from James Madison College at Michigan State University in International Relations with a specialization in Science, Technology, and Environmental Public Policy.
