Company
Integra is the Agentic Agreement company.
Integra co-stewards the Legal Context Protocol with the AAA-ICDR, publishes open-source packages that implement it, and offers Integra Binder, licensed or hosted, which does the seller’s side of each agreement: it assembles the ATR, writes it to the seller’s storage, hashes it, and checks that the payment carries that ATR hash. Never the root of trust
Integra must never be the root of trust. That is why the Legal Context Protocol is an open standard, co-stewarded with the AAA-ICDR, and why the packages that implement it are open source: a record that is true independently of us is the only kind worth keeping.
We are not a party you have to trust. Verification does not route through Integra. Anyone holding the Agentic Transaction Record (ATR) checks it themselves — offline, from the bytes and the chain, without our permission or participation.
Co-stewardship
LCP is co-stewarded by Integra and the AAA-ICDR.
The standard is published under the Apache 2.0 licence, with no fees at any level and no exclusivity, and its changes go through public proposals with community review. Source: LCP governance (opens in a new tab)
Its 1.0 text was written by David Fisher and David Berger, of Integra. Source: LCP Abstract (opens in a new tab)
